these “risky” moves could skyrocket your success (but you’re afraid to try)

I recently had an exceptional conversation with Andy Neary, former pro baseball player turned entrepreneur, and he dropped a powerful message that bears repeating:

The biggest obstacle holding most entrepreneurs back? It's not lack of skill or resources.

It's the fear of the worst case scenario.

Andy shared a personal epiphany that transformed his entrepreneurial journey and changed his outlook on this very concern:

"When I made the decision to go out on my own, I asked myself: What if I try this and it just bombs? And I realized - if it bombs, I'll just go back and sell insurance."

And you may not be a reformed insurance salesman, but you likely have some ‘fall-back’ as well. 

An old corporate job… 

A business that was working but you navigated away… 

So the worst case scenario is usually just a manifestation of your fears of failure. 

That's when it hit me: We often avoid high-upside opportunities because we're terrified of failure. 

But what I’ve found is - most "risky" moves in business aren't actually that risky at all.
